1. No Refund Policy

• All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.
• Since digital downloads cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in these cases:

• If the download link is broken or corrupt (must report within 48 hours).
• If the product isn’t delivered due to a technical issue on our side.

3. Resolving Issues

• If you face issues with downloading or unzipping a file, contact support@digitalneutron.in.
• We will either provide a new download link or offer store credit.
